To date, 10 member organizations, 7 lived experience partners and 60+ clinician partners have joined the Kawartha Lakes Haliburton OHT and are working together toward a common goal of improving health outcomes. We also have several partner organizations that participate in working groups and committees to support the development of KLH-OHT projects and initiatives.

City of Kawartha Lakes Family Health Team serves patients throughout our community with locations in Bobcaygeon, Fenelon Falls, Lindsay, Little Britain, Omemee and Woodville.

Community Care City of Kawartha Lakes is a health and community support agency providing a range of services promoting health for all ages and independence of seniors and special needs clients.

The County of Haliburton is two hours north of the Greater Toronto Area and just over 4,000 square kilometres in size. Better known as the Haliburton Highlands, it is one of the higher points on the Canadian Shield and is known for its beauty and over 500 lakes. Ten percent of the county is located within Algonquin Park.

The Haliburton Highlands Family Health Team became a corporation under the Ontario Corporations Act on July 12, 2006. The Head Office is 7217 Gelert Road, Haliburton, Ontario. We see a healthier Haliburton Highlands in which individuals make healthier choices, are able to manage their health and enjoy optimal wellness.

Haliburton Highlands Health Services, working with partners and accountable to our community, promotes wellness and provides access to essential, high quality health services including Primary Care, Hospital (Acute Inpatient and Emergency Care at the Haliburton site) Long-Term Care, End-of-Life Care, Mental Health & Addictions Services, and Community Support Services for the residents, cottagers, and visitors of Haliburton County and the surrounding areas.

Founded in 2006, the Kawartha North Family Health Team (FHT) is composed of physicians, nurse practitioners, and registered nursing staff supported by highly dedicated clinic coordinators and an array of allied health professionals. As a community-led FHT, our team is steered by a volunteer board of directors composed of local residents and is managed by a full-time executive director.

Lakelands Public Health, formerly known as the HKPR District Health Unit and Peterborough Public Health, is pleased to provide important public health programs and services to residents in the City of Kawartha Lakes, the County of Haliburton, Northumberland County, and the City and County of Peterborough.

Ross Memorial Hospital (RMH) is a 183 bed community hospital with a proud history extending back over a century. RMH is an active community hospital serving more than 80,000 local residents and 35,000 seasonal visitors. Our hospital is one of the largest employers in the region, with more than 820 staff members, 140 credentialed physicians, and close to 400 volunteers.

The Seniors Care Network is a regional network of dedicated health professionals, sharing expertise and providing specialized geriatric services. Their clinical services include interprofessional comprehensive geriatric assessment (CGA) and interventions, for older adults living with complex health conditions and their care partners, in the Central East Region of Ontario Health East.

CCCKL was founded by Valmay Barkey in 1985 with the central purpose of filling the gaps in the healthcare system and supporting individuals to live and thrive independently at home.
