Become a Lived Experience Partner
Join us as we work together to connect local care. We’re looking for people from our community that are patients, clients, caregivers or family members who have experience using our healthcare system. Your feedback will help shape the future of our local healthcare and services. The total time commitment will can vary based on the various engagement opportunities offered.

Lived Experience Partner Handbook
Our Lived Experience Partner Handbook is a guidance document that our patient, family and caregiver partners can use to help support their participation with the KLH-OHT. It outlines the key initiatives of the KLH-OHT, defines the role of a Lived Experience Partner, and provides advice on how to talk about personal experiences.
